At SIXTÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
1. Change-of-mind returns
For online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Irish consumer law.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period and we will provide instructions for returning your order. The item should be returned within the required timeframe and in accordance with the applicable conditions.
Return postage for a change-of-mind return may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
2. Sealed perfume products
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, perfume that has been opened, used, sprayed or otherwise unsealed may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the applicable legal exemption applies.
Please keep the perfume sealed and in its original packaging if you wish to exercise a cancellation right.
This restriction does not affect your statutory rights where the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
3. Damaged or faulty products
If your SIXTÉ order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
4. Incorrect items
If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us before returning it.
We will arrange the appropriate solution and cover any return costs where the error was ours.
5. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Where you exercise a statutory online cancellation right, refunds are generally required within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation, subject to the applicable rules regarding receipt of returned goods.
6. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you would like a different product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
